I really wanted to like this place it’s surprising how hard it is to find a vegan taco where I live. THAT IS WHY I'M, STILL GIVING IT 4 STAR...PLEASE READ THE FULL REVIEW FOR THE ISSUES. WHEN YOU ORDER FROM UBER THE TACO IS "KIT" AND NEEDS TO ASSEMBLED BY YOU AT HOME The Jerk taco is the name suggest was made from jackfruit. It was too mushy and as other reviews mention too much catsup. The Bandido taco was made from standard beyond meat The tacos were OK but the worst part is you have to assemble the tacos yourself from the toppings they give you on the side. That results in a huge mess and so much extra single use plastic that’s not necessary. Very disappointed. Why waste so much plastic and make a mess for the customer when you get biodegradable taco holders? That way the tacos come assembled like should be and we take of Mother Nature at the same time.

Amazing vegan Mexican-style food. Super tasty, and great value as well. Also love the crispy onion and jalapeno add-ons. If you're vegan or vegetarian, I highly recommend ordering takeout or delivery from Happy Taco!

Sweet little spot for vegetarians or vegans. Absolutely loved the menu. I ordered the Texan and The Bandido, both tasted amazing . Just couple of things: It was quite hard to find place since it is under Eva's original. And please reduce amount of ketchup instead use your original sauce. It was very delicious. Otherwise you guys are doing amazing work

This little gem is tucked away inside Eva's Chimneys and I was do happy to find it I ordered The Jerk and honestly best vegan Tacos ever! So flavorful and so delicious a bit spicy but I could not stop eating them. I will have to try them all as this sumner.

It came deconstructed which was super cool but at the same time i do not know how to construct a taco. Nevertheless tasted awesome! Would be better if the entire place it was in was Vegan. There were many dairy products around the front desk, did not see into the kitchen

Shout out to vegan tacos, this place has a variety of options! I was impressed by the amount of toppings in the tacos, and the beyond meat tastes pretty good. It’s a little hard to find this spot, it’s literally inside the Eva’s location.
